What information this website collects

This is a static information website. It does not run analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or server-side databases, and it does not store enquiry data itself.

The contact form does not transmit data to this website. When you press 'Send Enquiry', the form simply opens your own email application with a pre-filled message addressed to [email protected]. No information leaves your device until you choose to send that email yourself.

Some pages embed third-party content (for example a Doctify reviews widget and Google Fonts). These third parties may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

How we use information you send us

If you email or call us, we use the personal and health information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange an appointment, and provide clinical care. The lawful bases are your consent and the provision of healthcare (Articles 6(1)(a)/(b) and 9(2)(h) UK GDPR).

We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are retained only as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry. Where care is provided, clinical records are retained in line with NHS and professional records-management guidance and the relevant hospital's policies (Spire Elland Hospital, Newmedica, or the NHS Trust as applicable).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact [email protected].

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Clinical records held by hospitals

Personal and medical records created during your treatment at Spire Elland Hospital, Newmedica, or Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust are held and controlled by those organisations under their own privacy notices. Please refer to each provider's privacy policy for details of how they process clinical records.
